Wild Flower Yoga and Meditation was inspired by the desire to bring yoga to people outside of the gym and studio, into people's homes and the office. After all, why not relax and meditate in the place you spend 8+ hours a day? Perfect for employee bonding, company retreats, bachelorette parties, baby showers, birthday parties, and more.

Private and group meditation/yoga classes with instructor Jessica T. Lin. With over 10 years' experience, licensed yoga teacher Jessica will guide you on your journey toward mindfulness and love for your body, mind, and spirit. Suitable for all ages, at work or at home. Beginners welcome! Options include hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, hatha flow hybrid, yoga/meditation blend, walking meditation, and more. Encourages self-awareness, mindfulness, stress reduction, weight loss, and muscle toning.
