History

We had a humble beginning and are proud to say we now span Marin county! Starting in the sports therapy field as a solo personal trainer and then a private massage practitioner has helped to inform the current practice. We are now part of two collaborative wellness centers - 9 Corners Sports and Holistic Medicine in Novato and RJR Self Care Studio in San Anselmo. When you come to either centers you can expect clinical and therapeutic massage as well as options to work with complimentary practitioners such as acupuncture, chiropractic, and nutrition.

Specialties

We specialize in Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and our special Ice&Fire Contrast massage. We work with some insurances, Worker's Comp, and Personal Injury cases.
