I'm a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist, and with over 19 years of direct care experience and through attentive listening and actively getting to know each person I see. I provide individualized care to address your concerns. I love what I do as a therapist, . And when you feel stuck with life, work or relationships or if your kids have stuff going on, I want to know about it. The work we will do together will be designed to help you access your inner qualities that you may have always known were there but just couldn't get access to. My work is mostly with individuals, late teens to late maturity. I'm playful and I take your care seriously.
