Whitlow Concrete Inc. was founded in 1962 by Bill Whitlow, who started working in the concrete industry shortly after WWII. His sons, Jim and Tim Whitlow, worked alongside their father until 1985 when Bill retired. In recent years, the brothers have expanded the business into a mid-level company, qualifying them to take on a wide variety of big and small jobs. The office and corporation yard have been located on Clares Street in Capitola from the beginning. Communication, planning and hard work form the backbone of Whitlow Concrete Inc. enabling us to accomplish our number-one goal of customer satisfaction.
