White Oak Elementary is a learning center that is a part of the Las Virgenes Unified School District, which operates various elementary, middle and high schools. Located in Westlake Village, Calif., the school provides educational services to students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The school staff includes custodians, psychologists, counselors, health clerks, and speech and language specialists. Its curriculum includes language arts, mathematics, science, social science and Spanish. The school also conducts various programs, such as drug use prevention and special and gifted education. My son went to the school and loved it had great friendships and great teachers. My daughter on the other hand struggled. Lots of mean girl types. We ultimately ended up leaving the school shortly...

Such a nurturing caring environment to send my kids. Long term staff - same as when I attended 30 years ago! Such a wonderful gem in westlake village.

White Oak has a general reputation for being a good school. It is located in a safer neighborhood. Beyond that I would have to disgree. The teachers are not caring - unless of course you buy...
