Me and my friend ordered two bags of pretzels. They were undercooked and doughy, but they were also cold. I won't be ordering from this Pretzel place again

Beyond disgusting and not worth the $15 that I literally threw away. The pretzel bites were rubbery and tasted like they had been sitting there all night and the "lemonade" made be want to...

Just got a pretzel and it is hard a taste like yesterdays pretzel. Money wasted! Very disappointed
