Pretzels are good, service is good, but they charge $1 for a cup of water. I'm sure they buy the cups in bulk, so to charge for tap water is bad business.

Not bad. High priced. Make sure to ask for fresh pretzels. I got the pizza one. Was hard and little stale.

Great snack during shopping at the mall. The only time we get pretzels. Wetzel's Pretzels are always fresh and delicious. A bit too buttery and salty for me but my kids love it. The service here...
