Fraud! They cancelled our flight from Calgary to Palm Springs due to their workers striking and made it impossible to get refund, vouchers or even contact them. Their phone system provides NO way...

Baggage lost for over 5 days . No answers , no respect , answering machines and robots . Management not to be found . Not the first and they get away with it every time
