Went in for a visit today , it was very smooth and very well . Front staff is very helpful and the Doctor is very good as well . Definitely will be back for further treatment:)

It's obvious that there is a problem here. I'm not the only one that dislikes the receptionist's attitude. For visual purpose, let's say you ask a question. She looks at you, pauses, blinks slowly...

My appointment was 9am, by 9:45 I still wasn't seen and decided to leave. When I asked the receptionist why I was waiting that long she said that the doctor just got there. Why schedule me at 9...

Dr. Kaur was horrible. She didn't let the numbing gel take effect before she used the needle. I've never experienced that much pain before!!
