Had an appointment at 10:30. Wasn't pulled in until 1 for X-rays. Because they were backed up. Had me sitting inside the room for another hour. Worst experience.

Wait times are terrible, have been waiting for more than 2 hours. Staff keeps letting other people without appointment go in. The secretary also couldn't give reasoning of delay or an estimated time.
