Lines are long. Assistants are rude. They don't care how long you wait and don't realize that people take time off their work or day to go to an appointment then you wait for almost two hours....

My appointment was at 3 & didn't get called in till a hour & some change very disappointing! I've been sitting here with the same people for nearly an hour now ! Workers need to communicate more.

I've been to this dental clinic twice now, and both visits were unbelievably frustrating. The first time was just to get set up as a new patient, and I ended up waiting over an hour and 45 minutes...
