terrible place by all mean. i waited in lobby for more then one hour. front staff don't know anything about professionalism, and they are irresponsible. If I could rate it ZERO I would.

My 3rd visit of waiting over 11/2 hours. No communication- no reason. Just sitting here with a bib and glasses on for 11/2 hours. Better time management and communication would be appreciated!!
