I had to stay here for over a month for rehab after knee surgery. I dreaded being anywhere but home.I must admit most of the staff were super nice and helpful. I wish I could name all the staff....

The most horrible filthy facility ever. Poor nursing care quality. UnsanItary conditions and accommodations no a/c and refuse to even give water. Needs to be shut down!
