With a vision to build on the success of the USA Eagles women's team, the organization aims to foster talent and promote the sport leading up to the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.

Past participants of West Coast Sevens have made significant contributions to the USA Eagles National Sevens and 15s teams, as well as Major League Rugby. Many have gone on to compete for prestigious titles, including the MLR Shield, the Olympics, and the World Cup.
