The physical building is filthy and has a distinctive smell. The carpet is rolling over itself. Chairs and tables are worn badly. Reaching out to corporate office and they don't respond.

Never busy and staffs always here. food is great as always and it's decently clean. there may not be many people but they're always here and open, damnnit.
