Under staffed with tellers, but way over staffed on bankers. During times of high demand, a manger stands next to people in line for a teller. Why won't they be a person to open another teller window?

I rarely stop at this Wells Fargo. It is conveniently located near the Carlsbad Costco gasoline station, and it has two ATM machines in front. No drive-thru ATM.
