History

We started out as a catering company selling frozen food. In 2018 we took Milpitas Ulferts center location to be our 1st store. The business is booming and we are looking into future expansion soon.

Specialties

Specially made gyozas, aka Japanese style thin skin dumplings, pan fried to form a crispy layer at bottom which attracts many loyal customers. Taiwanese style rice bento boxes has outsold our gyozas and we have expand to 10 variants including fried chicken fillet, popcorn chicken, stewed beef, bbq pork, dan-zai noodle, and braised meat rice, all very Taiwanese centric.
