History

the idea of becoming a photographer was born while i was backpacking through south east asia after i graduated from UC davis. i had a blog and got really great feedback from friends and family, and hey, i was having a lot of fun! i had always considered myself an artist (drawing and painting), but never wanted to be a 'starving artist.' however, since a degree in psychology didn't really give me a direct career path, i decided to give photography a shot. it wasn't long before i was blessed to be able to do it full time.
