The pool is never heated. The laundry machines are always on the fritz.... Cheap paint, cheap carpets , cheap appliances.

My partner and I moved here two years ago and have no intentions of leaving as long as we're in alameda. The apartments are spacious, the back patio is amazing, and not mention the shared yard...
