If I could rate this place zero stars I would.. This place is disgusting... don't live here! It is not properly managed at all. I lived here for 3 years, and just moved. There are better places to...

Located in Oakland, California, Lakeshore Homes Association is the second oldest homeowners?association west of the Mississippi. Origins: Initial development by Wickham Havens and Walter H.
