This doctor is genuinely honest and direct like no psychiatrist I've spoken with before, very quick with his responses compared to others and seems to have genuine empathy.

This guy is rude and unprofessional. I'd suggest seeking any other doctor to assist you. And god for bid you ask him a question about billing even after he had claimed your insurance denied him...
