It's Sunday just to be fair. Online says open, called too try to get an appt. Rang at least 20 times before somebody picked up and it turned out to be the main line whom said they would transfer...

no one answers the phone... Not a customer friendly automotive at all. It will be great to have someone answer the phone for at least basic service questions

Phone has to ring for at least 30 minutes for them to answer even if it's for a simple question. They definitely do not value people's business.

Terrible. They told me they were closed an hour before closing hours because the mechanic was alone for the day when all I needed was to purchase a tire because I need to drive my vehicle. Lousy...
