Needs improvement when answering the phone, the AI robot that "helps" you doesn't do their job and it takes a very long to get a hold of an actual person to ask for anything.

Here on March 27, 2025. Waited over 20 minutes at the photo area for my prints that are ready and no employee has came to help and stood at the register the whole time
