They don't answer the pharmacy calls they pick up and put it back on hold been waiting for almost 2 hours on hold

I'm usually pretty lenient when it comes to this stuff but this was ridiculous. Came for an order that was supposed to be ready only to find out it's not and I had to wait over an hour.
