WACWORKS was originally established by Toshie Lim (Hayashi Toshie) in Kobe, Japan to provide total interior design service. After the Kobe earthquake in 1995, she became a design & project specialist in most complex and important rooms in the house, Kitchens and Bath. WACWORKS was established again in San Francisco Bay Area in 2002.
