The lights flicker. The WaBa sauce is watery. No restrooms. Looks dirty. The cashier was kind but the chicken portion at this specific WaBa is horrendous.

They charge for all the sauces and go to another Waba, they always provide the sauces. Surprise, they don't charge for forks and plates
