VSS was hired to resurface the streets in my neighborhood. A couple of weeks ago signs went up restricting street parking on several days " for construction" The days passed and nothing happened...

These guys suck. My city's government decided to go with them to do roadwork in my neighborhood. They dropped signs off a week before they started warning people not to park on the streets....
