Cannot read out of the lens they produced for my glasses. Optometrist sent them back for redo. Came back and still have a big problem reading with them, so I don't use them. Yiu can only send them...

I know someone who works there and says they're a great company to work for. I've received glasses from there and never had to send it back as a redo. I know they do put their pride into each job....

Honestly would give no stars. If you don't know how to do a drill mount, then don't do it, sent it back because all you're doing is damaging a frame. Maybe spend some money to train your lab...
