VOLF is operated by its founder Aleksandr A. Volkov. Prior to becoming an attorney, Alex spent 8 years developing and managing real state in the Bay Area. Alex serves clients facing problems similar to ones he himself faced, the usual problems one encounters while running a real estate business: property and contract disputes with their neighbors, city, lenders, employees, vendors, tenants or landlords. Alex offers, alongside with the legal assistance, his real-life problem-solving expertise. After several years of practicing almost exclusively in San Francisco, Alex now expanded to East Bay with moving his main office to Walnut Creek, and retaining a meeting place in the San Francisco, where he meets his local clients.
