I used the Groupon deal for my first facial there in July 2019. It was a pleasant experience in beginning (Lucy was my facial technician) so I purchased the package (Five procedures for $600)....

I came today for an appointment as part of a prepaid package and they are closed. No lights and the name changed to something different. I didn't get a call informing me of changes. Whaaaaaat?
