SpecialtiesSFC Dance Studios, a division of the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, offers creative and technically progressive dance classes for children. We offer playful introductions to dance in our Creative Movement Classes. Our engaging Boys Only class offers a rocks-and-dinosaur, sharks-and-legos approach to moving. Formal ballet training begins at age 7. Steeped in the RAD curriculum, our children's program focuses on each individual student's development. We are structured on the belief that the best way to develop young dance artists is to establish a trusting environment in which our students can give of themselves generously, share and respect one another's points of view, augment and refine dance skills, experiment freely and collaborate in the creation and re-creation of diverse dance works.
