Vivian was born in Hong Kong, raised in Orange County, and spent time living in the Midwest. Prior to her Real Estate Career, Vivian cultivated extensive knowledge working in Commercial and Residential Property Management. Vivian applies her experience to better assist her clients' needs. Her clients' interests are always a top priority. Being raised by immigrant parents, Vivian has learned the value of resilience and having a strong work ethic. Vivian is exceptionally skilled at seeing the big picture, paying attention to the small details, and going the extra mile. She is also fluent in Cantonese Chinese. With her diverse background and strong communication skills, working with Vivian is always a personal and organic experience. Vivian loves being a Realtor because it grants her the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life. Nothing is more rewarding to her than the ability to work with clients to sell or purchase their home in some of the most spectacular neighborhoods of Orange and LA County. In Vivian's spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and biking in her backyard of Huntington Beach.
