Everything was delicious. I got the chili Colorado. My Daughter got chili Verde. Both with rice and beans. Granddaughter got the kids meal with cheese enchilada and beans and rice.

, Viva Maria! was founded by Chef/Owner Rosendo Lomeli. After 20 years in the Mexican restaurant industry, Rosendo decided to branch out and create his own identity. The inspiration for his concept stems from his roots in both Guadalajara and Mexico City.
