Vitaly is a new concept of 3 specialties Italian food stores in one: Italian Restaurant, Italian Gelato, Italian coffee shop and Bakery. It is owned and managed by Maurizio and Barbara, arrived from Italy in 2011 . All products are top quality, home made and using mostly Organic , GMO Free ingredients. Most of them come from Italy so are imported. All Gelato is top quality and home made. All the recipes and cooking methods are the real authentic Italian ones. Vitaly is the first Italian Cafe' that took Piadina flat Breads to California. Piadina is now growing and becomeing more and more popular in the USA Restaurant industry. Vitaly is a very cool place , cozy, with a nice Patio with fire pit, heating lamps and plenty of nice italian details and notes. You wil be feeling like in Italy while enjoying Vitaly specialties. Last but not least Vitaly proudly serves only top Italian Wines and Beers.
