Dawn Briggs opened Vitality with a passion that still remains today in helping people get healthy and feel good.

Our wellness center specializes in holistic therapies such as floatation therapy, massage therapy, colon hydrotherapy, chiropractic care, and the body code. We also have an infrared sauna for our clients to use to help with body detoxification as well as sore muscles. And for those who desire to make profound changes in their life, we offer Life Coaching.
