HistorySacred Heart Assisted Living, Inc. was established in 2014, by Bruce and Evelyn Smerker. Evelyn is a registered nurse and received her masters in nursing administration from UCLA. Bruce is a successful real estate asset manager for over 20 years and wanted to work with his wife to provide the highest level of care for seniors in need of assisted living. We have three facilities, with one facility in Mission Viejo, CA and two facilities located Murrieta, CA. All three facilities are residential homes licensed for 6 residents. All three homes accept Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Hospice care residents. We provide all the necessary daily living needs for each resident: 3 meals, daily snacks, hydration management, special diet menus (if necessary), daily bathing, assistance with medication management, incontinence care, laundry services, scheduled activity service, At Sacred Heart, we have two caregivers on duty during the daytime hours and one awake caregiver on duty during the eveningSpecialtiesLocated in Murrieta, CA and only minutes away from Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals, our community offers individualized services that are tailored to each of our residents' preferences and needs, all in a comfortable, home-like setting.
