was looking forward to getting some help with shampoo and conditioner at Violet Grey. I walked into the store said hello and the salesperson was to busy to help. she was on her IPad shopping.

Horrible customer service!! Made multiple attempts to contact the company to return an online order and now the return window has closed and I never got a response. Don't order from them!!
