History

Jayne Ellen Woody was the property manager for Rothwood Real Estate Management & Investments in the midtown area since 1997. She developed a passion for revamping older properties in the midtown and surrounding Park communities. Jayne Ellen realized that the renter of today was looking for more than a rental; they wanted a unique place to call home. They were looking for something with a personal feel. She began showing owners how to revamp these older rentals and make them sparkle. It increased their value and brought about a change in the rentals of midtown. She decided to open Vintage Properties, a select management company that only accomodated a specific area and type of rental. Vintage Properties opened it's doors in 2003 with 100 true vintage homes built bewteen 1850 and 1950. It is more than a job, it is a passion for style and perserving our Sacramento history that is in these special buildings.
