I really love the donuts here and spend almost $40 a week buying two dozen for my clients. Unfortunately, I probably won't be back as the panhandling at the door is out of control. Too bad...

So far the most authentic Thai tea I've tasted in the whole valley, the boba was soo good, not too saggy and not too firm Also the sugar donut I had still tasted fresh considering I went at 4pm.
