Welcome to Villa Pacifica Senior Living for 55 and older. Each apartment home provides comfort and privacy and filled with features you will appreciate. We are cat friendly (Reasonable accommodations are made for service animals with connections with disabilities). Our community is gated and conveniently located near medical facilities, major freeways, dining, shopping and walking distance to Balboa Park.

We strive to give Seniors a beautiful place to call home. We are conveniently located to shops such as book stores, grocery stores, restaurants and more. Take a stroll through the historic Balboa Park or enjoy our community rooms like our fully stocked library, our TV room with movies and some cable or meet us on the third floor on Tuesdays for bingo!
