Villa Health Care Center is a nursing facility that provides rehabilitation and nursing services. Everything!!! They are very incompetent. There is no good communication between upper management and staff. I hated my stay there there and would never recommend Villa to anyone!!!

They don't answer nurse call button right away. Sometimes 15,30 45 mins. If someone using bathroom in your room, you have to wait and can't use bathrooms in hall for staff and quests. Questioning...
