Quiet, courtyard-style apartment complexes on the nicer part of Pumalo (near CrazyBoss, formerly Target). Studio Apartment (450 square feet): $975 to $1000 per month. 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath (750 square feet): $1250 to $1325 per month. 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath (900 square feet): $1350 to $1400 per month. 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths (upstairs) (950 square feet): $1450 per month. 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths (downstairs) (950 square feet plus Patio): $1500 per month. This is a month-to-month rental (no long-term leases). Both complexes have pool areas. To qualify, you would preferably make two and a half times the rent, have decent credit and no evictions. Security deposit is the same as the rent. $20 for credit-screening (non-refundable). We're a Fair Housing Provider.
