History

Our home was built in the mid-1800s, before Stearns Wharf was built. And, so the wood was floated ashore in the tide and picked up with horse drawn wagon. We purchased the property in 1997 and restored the house in 97/98. In 2000/2001 we built the duplex to match the house. There are 2 townhouses in the duplex. We added a tower with witches cap for a bit of whimsy. After we built the duplex, we started renting the 2 townhouses as vacation rentals. People come from all over the world to stay in our property. And, they love the location and all the activities available in Santa Barbara.
