LOVE Dr IM! He's SUPER caring and friendly! My son had 4 teeth pulled due to braces and needless to say this momma was a nervous wreck! Dr had no problem listening to me rant and rave. Lol

They are rude and unfriendly. They don't care to work with you and schedule appointments insane amounts of time out. Make sure you're not late or they will turn you away and tell you to come back...
