Veterans Village of San Diego (VVSD) is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting American veterans and their families in overcoming homelessness, addiction, unemployment, and barriers to health and mental health care. Since its inception in 1981, VVSD has served over 3,000 military veterans annually through its unique programs and five locations across San Diego County.
As the only organization of its kind in the United States, VVSD is committed to a future where no veteran is left behind, empowering individuals in need and fostering meaningful change. Their comprehensive services include housing assistance, workforce development, and mental health services, ensuring that veterans receive the support they deserve.
