Peaceful and shady. There are lots of benches for sitting under some shade. Clean park. Seems upgraded so it was nice to be able to take a break from school eat my lunch and enjoy the shade

Veterans park is a family friendly park. They have great trails, challenging ones. There are plenty of parking and also great to bring kids to play at the playground. Theres also picnic areas...

Location is great not so loud and nice and clean plus staff is friendly. I also had my girls baby shower her and was happy with the results couldn't ask for a more better place
