Veros Credit does not know what the left hand is doing with the right hand. From the customer service department, insurance and thru to claims. Neither department knows what the other department...

Well, except anybody just so they can harass you daily and threaten to repo your car less than 30 days after owing just so they can pick your car up and sell it to an auction. It's a Ponzi scam....
