I've been customer of verizon fios since February 2012. I decided to disconnect our service because it's really slow connection and the verizon charge a lot... Not recommended!

I am amazed at the lack of customer service verizon has. my issue has been going on now for 10 weeks. I have been stood up 3 times by their technicians, never get call backs, have places more...
