Not a Verizon store. Absolutely untrained staff will claim you are eligible for promotions that don't exist knowing you won't get your bill for weeks. Business account is 500 more despite texts...

Giovanni hooked me up with a upgrade to a new iPhone 16! Offered me the pink Barbie edition. Gracious, but I passed. And handled the data transfer seemly. 30 minutes and we were complete!

Rip off. $40 for a usb-a lightning charging cable. I was shocked at cost and was told that is what it costs on line at Puregear and it has a lifetime warranty. LIES costs $20 and 1 year...
