This review is for Bob. My phone had audio issues. I could barely hear it even on speakerphone. I've tried cleaning the speakers. I've tried checking the settings. Nothing seem to be working....

Not a Verizon store. Absolutely untrained staff will claim you are eligible for promotions that don't exist knowing you won't get your bill for weeks. Business account is 500 more despite texts...

Giovanni hooked me up with a upgrade to a new iPhone 16! Offered me the pink Barbie edition. Gracious, but I passed. And handled the data transfer seemly. 30 minutes and we were complete!
