Verizon is a horrible company! The leadership is awful as are some of the employees! When a company that large makes a mistake The customer has to prove to them that they are not in the wrong....

I have No experience with this company, Customer Service varies from Store to Store! (Based on my mother's experience in Santa Maria) Her issue was finally resolved!! after several hours!!
